Am I weird for wearing cowboy boots all the time?

I’m a white guy in my late 20’s, about 5′10-5′11 average build, live in Michigan. I like cowboy boots, I wear them all the time and I wear them to work as well( I do factory work). I’m not sure why this is but everyones always like “ur wearing Cowboy boots?” or I’ll get odd glances sometimes, mostly curious more then anything but if I wear sneakers no one says a word.

What is it about boots that causes attention? or is it just me.
