Cowboy boots that look like a cross between cowboy boots/shoes?

I saw an add last year for these cowboy boots ( i think they were diesel) in Teen Vogue, and they were red and looked like cowboy boots but the bottoms were flat and they looked almost like a shoe at the bottom and definitely had rubber soles. anyone know what im talking about?
